How this role works with nearby roles
- Delivery Manager: Owns pace, risk and team health. You make flow and reliability measurable so 'delivery at pace' is not just pressure.
- GRC: Sets control intent and evidence expectations. You implement technical controls in the pipeline and runtime.
- Software Tester: Owns quality strategy and risk-based testing. You automate gates and make environments trustworthy.
- Product Owner: Owns value trade-offs. You bring error budget and operability cost into priority conversations.
